1. Flour 850 gr.

2. Water 500 ml.

3. Yeast 30 gr.

4. Eggs 1 pc.

5. Sugar 1 tbsp.

6. Salt 1 tsp

7. Vegetable oil 3 tbsp.

8. Sour cream 20% 3 tbsp.

Filling:

1. Chicken fillet 250 gr.

2. Pineapple 100 gr.

3. Tomato paste 3 tbsp.

4. Tomato 1 pc.

5. Cheese 150-200 gr.

6. Sour cream 3 tablespoons

Cooking method:

1. So, let's start with the test. I’ll clarify right away that, from the ingredients indicated for the dough, you will get two large pizzas. Heat the water to 37°C, add a spoonful of sugar and dissolve the yeast. Cover with a napkin and wait for the hat to rise.

2. When the yeast comes up, add the egg, vegetable oil, sour cream and salt to it. A prerequisite for preparing yeast dough is that all ingredients must be at room temperature. Add flour bit by bit. First 300 grams, knead everything well.

5. Lubricate the base with tomato paste. Put fat sour cream evenly on the dough and spread in the form of small circles.

6. Cut fresh or canned pineapples into small pieces. Cut the tomato into thin slices.

How to cook?

  1. Mix all ingredients for the dough. The consistency should be like pancakes.
  2. Boil the chicken in salted water, cool and cut.
  3. Chop the pineapples and tomatoes into cubes, cut the ham into strips.
  4. Pour the dough into the pan, spread it so that it occupies the entire surface of the bottom. Gently spread the ketchup on top.
  5. Put the chicken, tomatoes and pineapples, ham, spread the grated cheese on top.

Homemade pizza with mushrooms

Mushrooms can be added to Hawaiian pizza. You will get a delicious, satisfying, protein-rich dish. Make the dough the same as in the first recipe. If you want to cook pizza in a pan, the second recipe will do.

Filling:

  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • fresh tomato;
  • a little butter;
  • 100 grams of chicken breast;
  • 150 grams of canned pineapples;
  • 100 grams of cheese;
  • 150 grams of any mushrooms (it turns out tastier with real forest gifts, but with champignons, too, very much even nothing).

Technology:

  1. For the filling, this time we suggest frying the chicken breast until blush, after chopping it into cubes.
  2. In another pan, melt the butter, fry the mushrooms with finely chopped garlic on it. Mix chicken and mushrooms.
  3. Spread the sour cream in an even layer over the dough. Next comes a layer of tomatoes, put chicken with mushrooms on them, on top - circles or cubes of pineapple.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on pizza immediately when cooking in a pan, or 20 minutes after placing the mold in the oven.

With shrimp

Hawaiian seafood pizza will remind you even more of warm islands with comfortable sandy beaches. Prepare such a pizza on a cold winter evening and remember the warm summer days, the soft touch of the sea waves on the skin.

Make the dough, as written in the recipe for the first pizza, in a pan it turns out not so tasty.

For filling:

  • 100 grams of chicken breast;
  • 50 grams of peeled shrimp;
  • 100 grams of pineapples;
  • fresh cucumber;
  • tomato paste (a little, for a layer on the dough);
  • half sweet pepper;
  • 100-150 grams of grated cheese.

Technology:

  1. Roll out the dough, place in a greased form. On top - chopped bell pepper, cucumber, pineapple pieces.
  2. Send the boiled breast with the next layer.
  3. On top - shrimp (raw, they will quickly bake).
  4. If you like a cheesy golden crust, sprinkle the pizza right away. If you like gooey, melted cheese, then put it on baking 20 minutes after the start of baking.
