Cooking time: 10 minutes active + 25 minutes in the oven.

Servings: pizza with a diameter of 28 cm (1 kg).

Dish ingredients.

  • Dough - 250-300 g.
  • Chicken fillet - 250 g (1 breast).
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 g.
  • Canned pineapples - 100 g (3-4 rings).
  • Tomato or barbecue ketchup - 80 g.
  • Salt - 4 g (1/2 tsp).
  • Spices - 2-3 g (1/2 tsp).

Recipe.

Let's prepare the ingredients. The flour base I have left from the previous pizza, but you can make it yourself, or buy any yeast dough in the store or special for the corresponding culinary product.

We wash the greens and chicken fillet under the tap.

Drain the juice from pineapples (or take 3-4 rings from a jar).

We set the oven to warm up to 180-200 C.

If you, like me, have a chicken breast, you need to separate the fillet from it and cut each part in half lengthwise.

Cut off a square with a side length of about 40 cm from a roll of baking paper, sprinkle it with salt (1/2 tsp) and spices (1/2 tsp).

On top of the spices, spread the chicken meat on one half of the sheet.

Cover the fillet with the rest of the parchment and lightly press with your hands.

Fry the chicken in a hot dry frying pan for about 3-5 minutes.

Then we turn over the paper envelope and continue heating for another 3 minutes.

Pineapple cut into small cubes 10-15 mm in size.

Grind the cheese on a coarse grater.

Roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter of 28 cm and a thickness of about 5-7 mm.

Lubricate the flour layer with ketchup, applying it in an even layer with a silicone brush.

Sprinkle the tomato layer with mozzarella.

We cut the half-finished chicken fillet into cubes with a side length of 1.5-2 cm.

Then spread it evenly on top of the cheese.
