Thanks to the coating with anti-corrosion enamel “CERTA” (exposure temperature 750°C) and treatment with an inhibitory compound, the heat exchanger is protected from aggressive factors: salt solutions, mineral oils.

The Premium boiler does not require connection to the electrical network.

OPERATION PROCEDURE

The room in which the Premium 40 boiler is installed must be provided natural ventilation. It is prohibited to cover ventilation duct grilles.

To turn on the boiler, it is necessary to check the filling of the heating system with water, check for the presence of draft and select the desired procedure, determined by the power of the boiler and the safety automation used.

For boilers with a power of 40 kW and above, with a gas burner device based on the Italian automatic “SIT 820 NOVA” and a Polidoro injection burner.

Make sure the control knob is in the "off" position

The procedure for igniting a GGU 45 equipped with an automatic SIT 820 NOVA.

Setting the control knob to the required position is done by lightly pressing and turning to the desired position.

In the initial (off) position, the control knob is in the “dot” position. The pilot and main burners are off (the gas supply to them is blocked).

To ignite the pilot burner, the control knob is moved to the “spark” position.

In this position, keep the control knob pressed all the way, and at the same time press (if necessary several times) the piezo igniter button until the pilot burner lights up (look through the inspection window). After the pilot burner lights, hold the knob pressed for at least 30 seconds, after which the knob is released and moved to the “torch” position. When starting the boiler for the first time, it is necessary to keep the boiler on the pilot burner for at least 3 minutes, and then switch it to the “torch” position. When the control knob is moved to the “torch” position, the gas supply to the main burner is blocked.

The device is turned off by turning the knob to the “dot” position. In this case, the pilot and main burners (if lit) will go out.

If the control knob, after being moved to the “dot” position, is immediately set to the “spark” position, then the burner will not ignite until the so-called internal automatic lock is blocked more than once. The locking is removed automatically after the thermocouple has cooled down (approximately 60 seconds) after moving the handle to the “dot” position.

The coolant temperature is adjusted using the temperature regulator knob on the boiler body.

INSTALLATION, PREPARATION FOR WORK

The volume of the room in which the boiler is installed must be at least 8 m3. The distance between the boiler lining and the walls must be at least:

  • – 150 mm at the rear;
  • – 100 mm on the right and left;
  • – 1000 mm at the front.

Natural ventilation must be provided in the room in which the boiler is installed.

When installing the boiler to the heating network, it is necessary to lay a sheet of non-flammable heat-insulating material on the floor, a sheet of iron on top, and install the boiler on it. The Premium boiler must be connected to the gas pipeline through dielectric insulation.

The connections of the boiler to the heating system and the gas main must be threaded, allowing the boiler to be disconnected if necessary. If a Premium boiler is installed to replace an old boiler, it is necessary to flush the pipelines and radiators of the heating system to remove rust deposits, scale and sediment. If these requirements are not met, deposit products (rust, sediment) are transferred to the boiler, which significantly complicates the circulation of the coolant and reduces the heat transfer of the Premium 40 boiler. In this case, claims regarding the temperature indicators of the coolant during operation of the boiler are not accepted by the manufacturer.

With increased heat consumption of the room (thickness of the external walls of the house, integrity of windows and doors, distribution of heating system pipes in attics, attics that are not insulated, exceeding its area or significantly exceeding the coolant capacity - the number of radiators, pipes) from those established by the standards, the temperature of the coolant may do not reach 80 °C, which does not mean the boiler is defective.

Approximate amount of coolant in the heating system for a Lemax floor-standing boiler:

  2. Premium boiler 40 – 600 liters.

The exact amount of coolant is determined in the heating system design.

For correct filling and feeding of the system, as well as for closed heating system be sure to install a relief safety valve of 1.5 kgf/cm2 (bar) at a distance of no more than 150 mm from the connection point of the valve to fill the heating system.

The expansion tank is installed at the top point of the main riser, preferably in a heated room. Do not install the valve on the signal pipe.

Horizontal sections of heating system pipelines must be made with a slope of at least 10 mm per 1 meter towards the heating radiators and from them to the boiler. This is done to ensure free release of air when filling the system with water and eliminate the occurrence of air locks.

Pipelines, heating radiators and their connections must be sealed; water leaks are not allowed.

  • Installation work, instruction for operation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and repair of the boiler are carried out by a specialized organization and local gas management in accordance with the “safety rules for gas distribution and gas consumption systems” approved by the State Technical Supervision Authority of the Russian Federation, and building codes and regulations SNIP 11-35 -76; SNIP 2.04.05-91 of the State Construction Committee of the Russian Federation, according to the project for installing the boiler and mandatory completion of the control coupon.
  • The installed boiler can be put into operation only after its acceptance by gas industry specialists, instructions from the owner and the mandatory completion of an installation control coupon (page 21 of the operating manual)
